Privacy Policy

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. When you contact us: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message. When you subscribe: your email address only.

We do not collect or store card details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own hosted checkout, and card data never reaches this site.

This site sets a cart cookie so your basket survives a refresh, and a cookie recording that you dismissed the announcement bar. Both are functional. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.

Your wishlist and recently viewed items are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting and aggregate traffic analytics), Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on forms) and Upstash (rate limiting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and warranty purposes. Enquiries are kept while they are open and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
